Each base segment is pre-filled with heavy-duty concrete, so there’s no need to fill them with water or sand to give them the additional weight they need. As soon as they’re delivered, you can immediately use them to secure the cross-base of your parasol and weigh your parasol down.

Each segment measures H4cm x W47cm x D64cm to fit parasol cross-bases of all sizes, including parasols with a cross-base height of 4.5cm and 6.5cm. Each base segment weighs 12.5kg. When 4 segments are secured to the cross-base of your parasol, they have a combined weight of 50kg.

Each segment has a tough weather-resistant coating with a textured finish. When the segments are pushed together against the cross-base of your parasol, they form a fan-style shape. This creates an attractive contemporary look to perfectly complement your existing garden furniture.

Each segment has a moulded handle to easily pick up, move around, and store away for the winter. Each segment also features raised feet which helps to keep them slightly elevated. This allows water and air to circulate more freely beneath them to safeguard from mildew and mould.
