Each candle has a flame-shaped LED bulb which emits a warming amber glow. The LEDs also flicker and have a partially exposed wick to replicate the look of a real burning flame. Because the flames aren’t real, the candles don’t pose a fire risk, making them a safe alternative to real candles for homes with kids or pets.

The candles have been crafted using authentic cream-coloured candle wax to replicate the look of real wax candles. The wax has been added to the glass casing at a perfect level, so the LEDs sit just below the rim of the glass. This allows the glass to refract the light from the LEDs and produce a softer, warmer, more relaxing glow.

Each candle is powered by 3 x AAA batteries (not included) with the battery box discreetly hidden on its base. With a height of 11cm, 13.5cm, and 16cm, they’re a perfect size for a table, shelf, or windowsill. They’re also great for decorating higher shelves because you can use the remote to easily turn them on and off.

The candles include a remote control with a timer function, so you can set a time for it to automatically turn on for 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. You can also turn the flicker function on for a realistic flickering effect or turn it off for a static glow. A dimmer allows you adjust the brightness of LEDs and set the perfect mood for any occasion.
